68pk Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use for the Platform

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "68pk" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 68pk.org, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features accessible through the website.
• "Player" / "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 68pk or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on 68pk, containing their personal details, wallet balance, betting history, and platform preferences.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" refers to the PKR-denominated credit balance held within a Player's 68pk account, representing funds available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, card game, slot title, table game, or other interactive wagering product accessible through the 68pk platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any staking of funds from a Player's wallet balance on a Game outcome or sporting event market.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit bonus applied to a Player's account under specific promotional terms and conditions.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of real money funds from a Player's 68pk wallet balance to their designated payment method.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action or behaviour by a Player that violates these Terms & Conditions as defined in Section 11.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 68pk website at 68pk.org, creating an account, or using any service offered by the platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
2. You agree to the 68pk Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
3. You agree to the 68pk Responsible Gaming Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
4. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
5. You are accessing 68pk voluntarily and acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk.

Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions (see Section 16) constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 68pk support.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to create and use a 68pk account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
2. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 68pk is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of 68pk or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
4. You are not registered on a self-exclusion list and have not voluntarily excluded yourself from online gaming platforms.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

68pk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a Player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory verification, 68pk may suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending resolution. In cases where underage gambling is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits returned; any winnings generated will be forfeited.

4. Account Registration

Each individual Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on 68pk at any time. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
2. You must keep your account details current. Any change to your registered mobile number, email address, or other identifying information must be updated promptly via Account Settings or through 68pk support.
3. You may not register an account on behalf of another person, use another person's identity details, or create an account using fictitious information.
4. 68pk may, at its discretion, implement identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures requiring Players to submit documentation including government-issued identity cards. Failure to complete KYC where requested may result in withdrawal restrictions.
5. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and the combined balance will be reviewed. Winnings may be forfeited.

5. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68pk login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received on your registered number. The following security obligations apply:

1. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members or friends.
2. You must not allow any third party to access or operate your 68pk account on your behalf. All wagering activity conducted through your account is your legal and financial responsibility.
3. You must notify 68pk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4. 68pk staff will never request your password or OTP via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
5. 68pk is not liable for losses incurred due to unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, unless the breach is demonstrated to have resulted from a failure of 68pk's own security infrastructure.

6. Deposits & Payment Processing

68pk accepts deposits via the payment channels specified on the Payment page, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

1. All deposits are denominated and credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made in PKR.
2. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are published on the 68pk Payment page. 68pk reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
3. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.
4. 68pk does not accept deposits from credit facilities. Funds must represent the Player's own available assets.
5. 68pk is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system delays. If a deposit is deducted from your payment source but not credited to your 68pk wallet within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference number.
6. 68pk reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks on deposits and may request documentation in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) subject to the following conditions:

1. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used for a deposit, except where 68pk support authorises an alternative arrangement for documented reasons.
2. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published on the 68pk Payment page and are subject to change.
3. 68pk targets withdrawal processing within 10–30 minutes during operational hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may require 1–3 business days. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service levels.
4. Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity or source-of-funds verification where 68pk determines that such checks are necessary in compliance with applicable regulations.
5. 68pk does not impose withdrawal fees on Players. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees independently of 68pk.
6. In cases of suspected fraudulent activity or Terms & Conditions violations, 68pk reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal requests pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold.

8. Bonuses, Free Bets & Promotions

68pk may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, matched deposits, free bets, cashback, or other incentive schemes. The following general terms apply to all promotions offered by 68pk:

1. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.
2. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
3. A wagering requirement specifies the multiple of the bonus amount (or combined deposit and bonus amount) that must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
4. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are published alongside each promotion. Wagers on restricted games may not count toward wagering requirements at all.
5. Bonuses are issued for recreational play only. Systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including but not limited to matched betting, low-risk staking strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, or use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
6. 68pk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notification to affected players where reasonably practicable.
7. Players may opt out of receiving promotional bonuses by contacting 68pk support. Opting out of bonuses does not affect access to other platform features.

9. Gaming Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all casino, card, and slot games offered through the 68pk platform:

1. Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing wagers.
2. All live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified studios operating under independent audit. All RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes are determined by certified software audited by independent testing agencies. 68pk does not alter game outcomes.
3. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or streaming failure — the affected game round will be resolved according to the policies of the relevant game provider. Where resolution is not possible, stakes will be returned to the Player's wallet.
4. Wagers placed on a game outcome cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed by the Player within the game interface, except as provided for under individual game provider malfunction policies.
5. 68pk reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game for maintenance, technical issues, or compliance requirements, and to do so without prior notice where the circumstances require immediate action.

10. Sports Betting Rules

The following terms apply specifically to cricket betting and all other sports wagering available on the 68pk platform:

1. All sports betting markets and their specific rules (including settlement rules, void conditions, and push scenarios) are published within the betting interface for each market.
2. Bets accepted in error — for example, at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or manifest pricing mistake — may be voided by 68pk. Players will be notified and stakes returned to their wallet.
3. In the event of a sporting event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for that market. Generally, a postponed event will be voided if not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, unless market-specific rules state otherwise.
4. In-play (live) betting markets are offered in real time. 68pk reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during an event at its discretion. Bets confirmed before suspension are settled normally; bets not yet confirmed at the point of suspension are void.
5. Maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets and vary by sport, event, and market type. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 68pk platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:

1. Registering more than one account, including accounts under different names or contact details.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any point during your use of the platform.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform systems.
4. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation — regardless of whether it results in a net financial gain — must be reported to 68pk support immediately. Winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
5. Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
6. Using the 68pk platform to facilitate money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
7. Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the platform. Chargebacks are treated as account fraud and will result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
8. Systematically abusing bonus and promotional offers in violation of Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
10. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward 68pk staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

12. Responsible Gaming

68pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing support to players who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. The following principles and tools form part of the 68pk responsible gaming framework:

1. Players may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits through their Account Settings. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period.
2. Players may request a cooling-off period — a temporary suspension of their account ranging from 24 hours to several months — during which they will be unable to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
3. Players experiencing serious gambling harm may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting 68pk support. Upon self-exclusion, the account will be permanently closed and the player added to an internal exclusion list. 68pk will use reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration by excluded players.

13. Intellectual Property

1. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 68pk platform for personal recreational purposes only.
2. Reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, or commercially exploiting any part of the 68pk platform without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
3. The 68pk name and logo are proprietary identifiers of the platform and may not be used in any context without prior written consent from 68pk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 68pk's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1. 68pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
2. 68pk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and is not liable for any losses arising from downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
3. 68pk is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials, by unauthorised use of your account, or by your reliance on incomplete or inaccurate information published by third parties about the 68pk platform.
4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

68pk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the 68pk platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities at 68pk include: account registration and identity verification, processing of financial transactions, fraud and money laundering prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support operations, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. 16. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

68pk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, payment terms, or account conditions — 68pk will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the 68pk platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support, with any legitimate real money balance returned to you subject to applicable verification.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which 68pk operates. 68pk operates under international online gaming licensing arrangements; Players are advised to review the platform's current licensing information as published on the website.

1. In the event of a dispute arising between a Player and 68pk regarding these Terms & Conditions or any platform transaction, the Player should first submit a formal complaint to 68pk support at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute clearly.
2. 68pk will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve disputes within 28 days of receipt of all relevant information.

4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be contractually excluded.
